Default ATTN: Powers that be at Car Sound

This forum has been left unattended too long. We the people who have been here for years would like to bring her back to life. The spam needs to end. Give us the power to clean this place up.

Please other members weigh in on this and help us fix this place.

It's the great cleanup of Summer 2007.

We need qualified members to moderate the sections. This used to be a forum filled with industry professionls.

Please let us fix this place.

Im with Murph!

This used to be the best forum on the web and even still has tons of great and useful information! Sad that it now has more porno spam threads than relevant audio threads.

Im all for cleaning it up!

if moderators are not checking the forums at least weekly, they need to be removed from their positions. we have enough qualified people on here who check the forum weekly, if not daily, who can keep order in this forum and will help to bring it back to what it used to be.

If the amplifier is 57% efficient, (according to carsound), then we get: -
999.045 + 569.46 = 1568.51 Watts

The above is really a no brainer. If the above posted numbers are similar to that of carsound, then the math couldn't possibly be wrong.

All the mods are no longer active. We need a admin to make changes. Rob G was the admin. No one answers PMs anymore.

You go girl! Im with ya though, this site has gone downhill as of late. Strangely, so has my desire to be a back-yard installer. Coincidence? Probably. Im not a member of any other car audio site, and havent installed or changed a piece of gear in almost a year. Crazy.

I login every day, and moderate my fourm, but I'm resigned to the fact that one day I'll go to login and this board will no longer exist. Carsound is dead.

Hephner has a new magazine, Grainger has too much other stuff to do.

It is my suggestion that we learn to tolerate the spam and cherish the time we have left here. Frankly, it's the best we can do.
