I am a bit cashed out, but very impatient to get some CD that will help me diagnose maladies, and test the system objectively. I know there are CD's from SLAP, IASCA, Sheffield Labs, the Stereophile guys (hate them), and pro audio group that has Laser2000, 3000 etc,,

CD-103 or "My Disc" is good for what ails ya'.

They're on ebay a lot too. Got a copy of my disc for around $8 with shipping.
