Paint Question

I have a 1998 Honda Accord and I'm trying to paint the radio trim bezel to achieve the smooth glossy finish. I bought the installation kit for a cd player and there's a small texture to the cubby hole as well as the radio trim bezel. How would I go about prepping/painting these textured plastic parts to achieve the smooth glossy black finish? I was told Krylon Fusion for plastics works really well. Thanks in advance.

Why smooth and glossy?

It's done to death and a texture finish is more classy and practical.
