Default Holden Astra - hifonics build

Hi all, I have been inspired by all the cars on this forum and the attention to detail the cars have. Trying what I thought was my best option to have the install professionally fitted I found it hard to have an installer understand what I wanted and to be somewhat reasonable money wise.

So, the install has taken design traits from one member in particular on here, of course being Robolop.

I will be installing a full Hifonics Zeus sound package, (6.5 inch splits and tweets, and 6.5 inch co-axials, 12 inch sub powered from a Zeus amp) all plumbed into a double din clarion touch screen unit.

The sub is recessed into the wheel well in a pentagonal box (bloody hard to get a central location with any other shape) the first floor holds everything level. The black board behind the sub will be wrapped in carbon and act as a base for the sub tunnel.

The top floor installed, and sub tunnel half finished (red tube). The tube will also be wrapped in carbon

Half of part one of the grill

Roughly in, part one and two of the grill. Part one is 2mm thick galvinized steel for strength with the second plate being much softer al plate 2mm thick. 10mm acrylic will be fixed in the centre of the al plate allowing the vent holes to remain but recessing into the spines of the grill so LED's can make it all glow blue.

Top floor cut, amp cutout and glass made, X over pods cutout (X-over sort of in place where it will sit, obviously with carbon and carbon!) carpet mostly down, still working out how to carpet the sides.

Another close up -
