excuse me for my lack of knowlegde on that ODR brand, but do you have links on where someone could read more about the brand? I have heard the name passed around a few times but never seen anything on its specs or equipment, ever. nice looking stuff tho, btw.

That is the Pioneer top of the line equipment from a few years back.
Here is a link to some specs of the equipment:

Pioneer has revamped the line a few times since that equipment was made, but it is still/was great stuff.

That's the same link I have too I think audis4guy posted it a long time ago. The amps are all part of the Pioneer ODR line maybe 10-13 years old. All fiberoptic so no noise. I was using a p1/p50 combo so I could use analog amps for the subwoofer end but recently picked up a nib rsp70x which is those two units in one with some upgraded connectors. Last year I pulled apart all the amps and had them shot with black metallic and rescreened which was a pain. Originally I was going to run all odr from speakers to units to subs, kind of a nostalgia build but I'm back in school and won't have the time anytime soon. So back into storage they go but when I get a new piece I usually whip out all the old stuff lol.
The new odr stuff is just plain expensive no getting around it. I think the a7's and a9's are 3-5k and the source isn't too bad 2-3k. But if you use an odr source with those a7/a9 amps exclusively all the processing is included in each amp. I think the psp90x is around 4-5k but I could be wrong. But that piece gives you the analog option. I'll be looking to buy those around 2015 lol.
For all those who own or know about the odr line you'll find this interesting. There's a couple pieces which are super rare. The m1 changer and the rsc100. I've got a few of each nib, I was just lucky to find them. But the rarest in my opinion is the "Official ODR splicing kit". I know a lot of ppl ask about it and so did I as I got tired of 17ft optical cables when all I wanted was to daisy chain my amps. This week I did some trading and am supposed to be getting this piece. I think at this point I'll have every option that the odr line offered. I still have several a1's/a2's/p1s that are unmodified and just boxed up as, and as nice as my amps are I had some regrets about spraying them for resell reasons so I started buying more amps and processors and just shelving them.....All my other amps like the 2250's 2100's,2150's orions, and now the vlx I bought from justonemoreamp which has never steered me wrong. After looking at the vlx though, I'll probaby pull it apart and have it painted or polished as it's just a flat black paint with a logo and could use some excitiement. Anyways, that's it for now unless I make a stab at the concept 97's lol.

get ahold of rooney of team 420. he has some mint concept 97's, the whole series matter of fact, including 2 of the component sets. I know a couple years ago he was trying to sell them but wasnt getting serious offers, mainly people wanting to pay walmart pricing..... So i think he just held on to them, dunno if he still has em or not, but worth finding out if your serious about getting a full series from one person.
