MTX 8100D or an Xtant X1001 would beat the heck out of them.

i watched a guy push to 15" L7's to 152db with a kicker zr1000. it was pretty intense, then he folded his front windshield out. that was a hell of a sight. just another thought

Was his windsheld made of Saran-wrap. A 152 should'nt toss a windshield. I'm getting better that that with my two 10's and no where close to breaking glass.

i guess that i didnt mention that it was in a geo metro. the fact that he had taken off all the interior plastic and filled all the body openings with spray foam made for a very sealed vehicle.

yeah if your gonna put alot of watts into them make sure that u dont right away, do the break in first. then slowly ease in the power i did my full bore right out of the box and my spider seperated from the basket althogh there wasnt very much glue around it to begin with. but once u start easin in your power let it go about 10 mins then check the basket if it has started to seperate go and get some 5 min. epoxy from your local hard ware store it works wonders. guys in dB drags but epoxy around ther baskets as soon as they enter the comp. casue they know there gonna blow em out. although i dont know if epoxy voids your warranty of not. i had no choice cause it was my fault that i came otta the basket.

i'm gonna have my 2 15 4 ohm L7s hooked up to my lanzar vibe 1200 watt class D amp. i got the voice coils wired in parrell so each woofer has a 2 ohm load then wire them together again to make a 1 ohm load then bridge out my amp. its gonna be killer.

You could try a memphis 1000d or 1500d i think you would be happy

I think a zr1000 amp would be awesome on those two solo barics

all i can say is DEI 1100d small in size but puts out a lot of power

well try an IX2302 or the ZR1000 those are two awsome amps, kicker amps usually put out alot more than what they say they put out, another reason kicker is the best.

If you want bang for your buck you cant beat memphis but i agree kicker rules

I hear that Legacy and Pyramid sell 4000 watt amps. You could run everything from them.
Seriously, if you can afford it get a soundstream Tarantula. Only those with money to burn use them but they are sweet.

Try an MA Audio 4000 watt or 2500 watt high curent amps. www.maaudio.com (http://www.maaudio.com)
i saw a 4k watt ma amp pushing 8 l7 15" subs perfectly fine. But make sure you wire them down to a low ohm on these amps or they wont have the power.I have a 2502 on two 15" pushing near 155 db without a cap or battery just a reg battery to amp to sub hookup.

Hii. I just ordered a Lanzar Vibe 1200D and was wondering how ur expeirence with it went. Specifically when u ran it at 1ohm. It ran fine with no problems? My friend is telling me its only really like 1.3 ohm stable or somethin and its hard to find a good review on this thing.

You do know that Lanzar and pyle were bought out by the same company that makes legacy and pyramid.
As to the original question, nobody even asked what type of box your going to have them in. Power handling changes with box size and type. Instead every body came back with bonehead replies. Also do you want to do competition? If so Which one. A kicker Zr 1000 is a awesome amp so is a xs 1oo. One is rated at 250 time 2 the other is 50 times 2. Big difference for being the same power capabilities.
